I was tired, constantly "busy," irritated, addicted to social media. Every morning I waited until evening to fall asleep, and so on in a circle. She rarely left the house on weekdays, only when she really needed to. Insecure, with limited dreams. My life was gray, with a constant background of thoughts in my head. Emotionally limited. Empty. Put off for another time.

After each session, I came away with something new and interesting. And with ease! Anna doesn't leave "open questions" - it's very professional and nice that we really got to the bottom of things.

Through my journey I felt that I can live differently. Strength in myself, in my actions. Confidence. Joy. There are opportunities and good people around. That I am moving in the right direction, I like the feeling of change.

Now I have less "noise" in my head. I stopped blaming myself and beating myself up for mistakes and laziness.

Now my life is more full of joy. More interesting and diverse.

And most importantly, I am living now, and the goals I have achieved are an additional cool bonus.
